New Management in Place at Saito – Family Tradition Continues
Founding Director Gavin Hodder has stepped down from day to day activities and Sarah Hodder takes responsibility for operations as General Manager Operations New Zealand and Australia.
Gavin remains as part of the advisory committee and assists on special projects as required.
“It is 30 years since I started Saito in my basement having acquired a small hand labelling business. Saito now has clients through-out Australasia, Oceania and South America and am I pleased to announce that Sarah will continue leading the company forward in this digital age.
Sarah joined Saito over 15 years ago after returning from her OE. She began her career from the very roots of the company and has traversed through operational and front line roles – this expanse of experience has prepared her well for the General Managers role.
Sarah has earned her position through competence with an outstanding track record operationally and within the market. I am pleased to say this new appointment is well deserved” Comments Gavin Hodder.
Sarah is ably supported by a management team strengthened by the recent addition of greater production skills (Danny McClure) and Engineering (Justyn Murphy) to work alongside Kyla Kelly (returning in August from Maternity Leave) and Dmitri Mertz.
The foundation of Saito has always been to meet all customer needs and help these clients improve their business processes. Sarah and the whole Saito Team are committed to this mantra – it is the essence of Saito’s core competency.
The recent introduction of Hi Resolution Industrial Inkjet products for carton and bag making and the launch of tamper evident packaging follows this philosophy of ensuring our clients are well serviced and can improve their business processes.
